Regarding participation in the 22^nd International Specialized Exhibition
"Technologies of Protection / FireTech ‑ 2026"

Dear Ms. Horbatovska,

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has considered the letter from LLC "Kyiv Global Expo" regarding the organization of the 22^nd International Specialized Exhibition "Technologies of Protection / FireTech ‑ 2026", scheduled for May 26‑28, 2026, and hereby informs that the SES of Ukraine supports the holding of the above‑mentioned exhibition and, where possible, will ensure the participation of representatives of its subordinate bodies and units in this event.

With the aim of presenting scientific developments in the field of civil protection and fire safety, as well as obtaining feedback from industry practitioners on the effectiveness of the proposed solutions, the SES of Ukraine plans to arrange two exhibition stands within the framework of the event.

Additionally, within the framework of the exhibition, a round table discussion on the topic "Functioning of the Technical Acceptability Assessment Body: Challenges and Prospects" is scheduled for May 27, 2026. In this regard, we kindly request that a conference hall be provided along with the necessary technical equipment to ensure the proper implementation of the planned activities.
